- How do I measure body measurements?
Measure your body measurements with a tape measure in the right place, not too tight. Measure the waistline at the narrowest part above the hips, where a belt is normally worn. For the hip measurement, measure at the widest point at hip height. The chest measurement is taken under the arms at the widest point at chest height. - Why is the top of one-piece clothing so long?
The design of one-piece garments for the care sector takes into account the space needed for wearing incontinence material. Extra height is also needed so as not to disturb sitting down. - Can clothing be exchanged or returned?
Clothing can be exchanged for another size if it is returned in new condition and in its original packaging. An item that is returned in new condition and original packaging without an exchange will be credited with 20% handling fee deducted. Transport costs are not credited.
For all conditions, please refer to the section "Shipment & returns".
